AI4 2026 AI Readiness Consultation Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR ASSESSMENT COMPLETION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The AI4 2026 AI Readiness Consultation Giveaway is sponsored by Outcomes360 LLC, located at
3030 W KELLY PARK RD STE102 UNIT116 APOPKA, FL 32712 (“Sponsor”).
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with AI4, CloserStill Media, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Microsoft, or any other organization not expressly identified as the Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to registered AI4 2026 attendees who:
- Are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Provide valid contact information
Employees, officers, contractors, and representatives of Outcomes360 LLC, along with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on August 4, 2026, at 10:00AM Pacific Time and ends on August 6, 2026, at 3:00PM Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s records will determine the official time of entry.
4. How to Enter
Eligible AI4 2026 attendees may enter using one of the following methods:
- Place a business card containing valid contact information in the designated Outcomes360 giveaway entry box at Booth K714.
- Scan the giveaway QR code and complete the Conference Giveaway Entry Form.
No purchase, payment, or completion of the Outcomes360 AI Readiness Assessment is required.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries may be removed. Entries containing incomplete, false, or invalid contact information may be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or before August 20, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One winner will receive a complimentary virtual AI Readiness Consultation provided by Outcomes360.
The consultation:
- May last up to three hours
- May include the winner and up to three additional leaders from the winner’s organization
- Will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable date and time
- Must be completed by November 2, 2026
The consultation may include:
- Reviewing AI readiness strengths and gaps
- Exploring AI opportunities aligned with business outcomes
- Discussing workforce, workflow, governance, technology, and adoption considerations
- Identifying practical next steps
- Developing an initial action plan or opportunity roadmap
The consultation is advisory in nature. It does not include implementation services, software, travel, or other expenses unless expressly agreed to in writing by Outcomes360.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $5,000.
The prize has no cash value, is nontransferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided with the entry no later than August 20, 2026.
The potential winner must respond within five business days of the notification. Sponsor may require confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the stated deadline, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
8. Taxes and Other Expenses
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with accepting the prize and for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
9. Privacy and Communications
Information submitted through the entry form or business-card entry method will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and provide the consultation.
Entering the giveaway does not require consent to receive ongoing marketing communications. Entrants who separately choose to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize authorizes Sponsor to identify the winner by name, title, company, city, and state in communications concerning the giveaway without additional compensation.
Sponsor will not disclose additional personal information without permission.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submit multiple entries, provide false information, interfere with the operation of the giveaway, or violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating as intended.
If the giveaway is modified or cancelled, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the modification or cancellation, when reasonably possible.
